I am pleased to be standing as an independent, non-aligned candidate for the Stanford West ward of Thurrock Council.

I am 64 and have lived in the Stanford-le-Hope, on London Road since 2004. Over the past two decades I have worked as a journalist and editor of local newspapers and online publishing sites.

I have strong links with many community organisations in the borough and look forward, with your support, to representing them - and you - on our local council.
